Stark Magnesium Bis-Glycinate
Dietary supplement Stark Magnesium Bis-Glycinate contains magnesium bound to two glycine molecules, has increased bioavailability and is easily digestible.
The role of magnesium is important for more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, most of which are related to the work of the muscles and the nervous system, as well as supporting the immune system and resistance to nervous stress. The mineral magnesium plays an important role in the formation of healthy teeth and bones, as well as in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. In addition, it is necessary for the normal functioning of muscles.
Magnesium has a positive effect on the activity of the cardiovascular system, contributes to the normalization of heart rhythm and lowering blood pressure. Magnesium also reduces the concentration of stress hormones in the blood, helps reduce irritability and mild anxiety, and has a calming effect on the body.
