Terms of Return and Exchange


The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Payment for the return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Quality assurance of Goods and Services. Claims of the Client related to defects in Goods and Services.

1. The Seller is responsible for defects found in the Goods (Services) during the warranty period.
2. Warranty periods for the Goods are determined by the manufacturers (manufacturers) and are calculated from the moment the Goods are handed over to the Client, unless a different procedure for calculating the warranty periods is established by the manufacturer (manufacturer).
3. For Goods for which manufacturers (manufacturers) have not established a warranty period, the Seller sets a warranty period of 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of sale.
4. The Seller has the right to establish other (longer) warranty periods for certain types of Goods.
5. Claims submitted by Customers after the expiration of the warranty period are considered by the Seller in the manner prescribed by law.

According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List non-food products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
