Ukraine work algorithm

Courier Service:

1. You place an order on the website - the manager contacts you and completes the order.
2. You receive an invoice or confirm cash on payment. In case of cash on payment, delivery will be more expensive (approximate cash on delivery: 2% of the order price + UAH 20).
If you chose to pay to a non-cash account, you will receive an SMS or e-mail (at your request) with the account to which payment must be made.
3 . After receiving the payment, we confirm the shipment order, it is sent for processing. On the same day (upon confirmation of payment by 2:00 p.m. The parcel will be sent.
4. You receive an SMS with the TTN number.

5. Pick up the parcel at the post office.


Shipping cost:

Orders up to UAH 200 are not sent by cash on delivery to new customers.


Nova Poshta

Address delivery is always paid by the customer.

The customer always pays the cost of post-payment (cash on delivery).

Orders up to UAH 1,000 at the carrier's rates.

Free delivery of orders from UAH 1000 per branch.


Ukrposhta

Address delivery is always paid by the customer.

The customer always pays the cost of post-payment (cash on delivery).

Orders up to UAH 500 at the carrier's rates.

Free delivery of orders from UAH 500 to the branch.4


Orders from UAH 2,000 - free delivery to an address by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta within the locality.


Courier

Kyiv (weekdays):

Orders up to 400 UAH - 100 UAH

Orders from UAH 400 to UAH 2,000 - 70 UAH

Orders over UAH 2,000 - free delivery.


Pickup:

You can pick up your order at our retail store in Kyiv at Laboratorna St., 11 Terms of operation of our retail store.


Algorithm of work outside of Ukraine

Courier Service:

1. You place an order on the website - the manager calls/writes (messenger, email). It is advisable to indicate a convenient method of communication in the comments to the order.
2. You receive invoice and pay it. The delivery cost will be included in the invoice immediately.
3. After receiving the payment, we confirm the shipment order, it is sent for processing. On the same day (upon confirmation of payment before 12:00), the parcel will be sent.
4. The manager informs you of the number of the sent parcel via the selected communication channel.
5. You receive the parcel.
