            ORDER PLACEMENT ALGORITHM IN UKRAINE

            Delivery: courier service

            Payment : online payment by card or bank transfer (details will be sent to messenger or email - you can indicate the preferred method of communication in the comments to the order)

            1. You place your order on the website yourself.
            2. In the comments to the order, indicate a convenient method of communication (messenger, email).
            3. You receive an invoice and pay it, or confirm cash on delivery. Please note that in case of cash on delivery, delivery will be more expensive (approximately cash on delivery is 2% of the order value + 20 UAH).
              If you chose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an SMS or email (at your request) with the account to which you need to make the payment.
            4. After receiving payment, we confirm the order for shipment, it is sent for processing. The parcel will be sent on the same day (on weekdays, provided that payment is confirmed by 2:00 PM).
            5. You will receive an SMS with a TTN number.
            6. You pick up the parcel at the post office or receive an address delivery by courier.

            Delivery: international parcel

            4. After receiving payment, we confirm the order for shipment, it is sent for processing. The parcel will be sent on the same day (on weekdays, upon confirmation of payment by 12:00).
            5. The manager will inform you of the number of the sent parcel via the selected communication channel.
            6. You receive a package.

            Payment for the order by bank card or cash upon receipt at the branch or upon delivery by a courier of the relevant delivery service. For "post-payment", the transport company may charge a commission, which is paid by the recipient.
