Dietary supplement Stark Pharm – Stark Hydration Electrolyte contains electrolytes – chemicals that are found in our body (in blood or plasma) in the form of ions.
Electrolytes have the ability to conduct electrical impulses, which is important for many biological processes. They are involved in nerve conduction and help maintain the voltage in cell membranes. In addition, they help maintain a normal water-electrolyte balance, which is necessary to maintain the body's hydration regulation.
The use of electrolytes is important both before and after training. When taken before training, they help maintain normal hydration and normalize muscle function, preventing muscle cramps. After training, they help our body recover faster, compensating for the loss of minerals with sweating and helping to restore muscle energy reserves.

Recommendations for use:
Can be recommended as a dietary supplement. Helps maintain electrolyte levels during/after training. Especially recommended for sports with active sweating.
The product should be used as recommended by a trainer or as prescribed by a doctor.
Directions for use:
Adults take 1 capsule per dose (if necessary, every 60-120 minutes of training), depending on the activity of sweating. Take regardless of meals, drinking 200 ml of water or dissolve in a bottle/shaker (by pouring the capsule through the neck).
The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use only as a supplement to a complete diet.
