Stark Hair Health — a complex for supporting hair and scalp

Stark Hair Health is a comprehensive dietary supplement in capsules designed for daily nutritional support of hair and scalp. The formula combines biotin, zinc, copper, selenium , vitamins D3/C/E/B3 , as well as L-carnitine L-tartrate and amino acids (BCAA), which are important for metabolism and tissue renewal.

  • Form: capsules with powder
  • Quantity: 90 capsules
  • Serving Size: 1 capsule
  • Recommended dosage: 1 capsule 3 times a day (90 capsules = 30 days according to the recommended regimen)

How the formula works

  • Microelements for follicles: zinc, copper, and selenium participate in enzyme systems and support normal growth and repair processes.
  • Vitamin support: D3, C, E and B3 supplement the diet with nutrients involved in metabolism and antioxidant protection.
  • Energy metabolism: L-carnitine L-tartrate supports energy processes, which is important for cells with a high renewal rate.
  • Amino acid component: leucine, isoleucine, and valine supplement the diet with amino acids, from which protein structures are built.

The effect of the Stark Hair Health supplement

  • can help strengthen hair and maintain its structure
  • helps maintain antioxidant protection of skin cells
  • can contribute to the normal condition of the scalp and its hydrolipidic balance
  • supports tissue regeneration and renewal processes
  • can be useful during periods when hair needs additional nutritional support

Benefits of the formula

  • Focus on key hair nutrients: biotin + zinc + copper + selenium
  • Vitamin block: D3/C/E/B3 in the daily portion
  • Functional ingredients: L-carnitine L-tartrate and BCAA
  • Convenient form: capsules, 90 servings per jar

Who might be interested?

  • for those who want to strengthen their diet with nutrients for hair beauty
  • during seasonal changes or periods of increased workload when additional support is needed
  • for those who seek to combine vitamins, minerals and amino acids in one product

Scientific data on the justification of the composition

In clinical trials, complex nutritional formulas (including zinc, biotin, antioxidant vitamins, and amino acids ) have been associated with improved hair outcomes in women with diffuse hair loss. For example, in a randomized 180-day trial, supplementation with zinc, biotin, vitamins A/C/E, and amino acids showed significant clinical improvement, while instrumental assessment (trichoscopy) showed significant improvement only in the complex formula group (reported in the publication as 11.09% × 7.76% at 180 days).

There are also placebo-controlled studies of other complex nutraceutical formulas: in a 90-day randomized trial in women with temporary hair thinning, the number of terminal hairs in the control area increased from 178.3 to 235.8 (≈ +32% ) while the placebo group remained almost unchanged. A statistically significant reduction in shed hair counts was also reported in the active product group.

Separately by component: a recent review on biotin highlights that the most convincing evidence supports benefits mainly in cases of deficiency, and in studies in people without a confirmed deficiency, the effect may be limited. In contrast, a review on vitamins and minerals in the context of hair notes the role of deficiencies (particularly vitamin D, zinc, selenium, etc.) as a potentially modifiable risk factor, so closing nutritional “gaps” in the diet may be practically relevant.

For L-carnitine L-tartrate, experimental data on human hair follicles (ex vivo) have been published: in follicle culture, certain concentrations of L-carnitine L-tartrate statistically significantly stimulated hair shaft elongation versus control for 9 days (mechanistic justification for the energetic support of follicle cells).
