Amino acid Stark Taurine 500 mg

Food supplement Stark Pharm – Taurine contains the free form of the amino acid taurine (L-taurine) in tablet form.

Taurine promotes rapid absorption and assimilation of carbohydrate-containing foods, especially disaccharides. Enhances the effect of taking other sports nutrition products, performing a transport function.

One serving (2 tablets) contains:

• Taurine - 1000 mg

Additional ingredients:

• Microcellulose
• Lactose
• Calcium stearate

The permissible deviation of the mass of the component per tablet ±10%.

Recommendations for use:

It can be recommended as an additional source of taurine.

The product should be used on the recommendation of a coach or as prescribed by a sports doctor.

Application method:

Take 1-2 servings (2-4 tablets) per day after meals, in 1 or 2 doses.

We recommend taking 2 tablets of L-taurine together with AAKG (5 grams) and concentrated creatine (0.5 grams per 30 kg of body weight) 60 minutes before the start of the workout.

Warning: do not exceed the recommended amount. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use only as a supplement to a complete diet.
