This is a complex supplement to maintain optimal heart function. One scoop per day will be sufficient for optimal supplement performance, one jar is enough for 2 months.

Taurine has a moderate direct cardiotonic effect, due not only to the preservation of myocardial energy resources necessary for the contraction process, but also to a direct effect on myocardial contractile proteins, increases the content of ionized calcium in myocardial cells and at the same time prevents overload of mitochondria with calcium ions. It prevents the excretion of potassium from the heart muscle and therefore contributes to the prevention of cardiac arrhythmias. Improves blood circulation and prevents thrombosis due to antiplatelet effect.

Potassium is an essential electrolyte found in large amounts in muscle cells and works in conjunction with sodium. Potassium ensures the occurrence of electrical potential in muscle fibers and nerve cells, without which muscle contraction is impossible. Potassium is involved in the formation of a glycogen reserve, which is required in training.

Potassium deficiency is most often manifested by cramps and spasms, which usually occur in the muscles of the lower extremities, muscle strength decreases, and dehydration occurs.

Magnesium is a vital element that is found in all tissues of the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of cells, is involved in most metabolic reactions. In particular, it is involved in the regulation of the transmission of nerve impulses and in muscle contraction. An insufficient amount of magnesium in the body can be observed in diet violation or with an increase in the need for magnesium (with increased physical and mental stress, pregnancy, use of diuretics).

Vitamin B6 is involved in many metabolic processes, in the regulation of the metabolism of the nervous system, improves the absorption of magnesium from the gastrointestinal tract and its penetration into cells.

One serving (5 g) contains:
