Recommendations for use:

1 serving (1 capsule) per day during or after a meal.

Can be recommended as an additional source of vitamins and minerals. Take one capsule after a morning meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Contraindications: individual intolerance of product components, children, pregnant and lactating women.

Note: an individual short-term reaction in the form of reddening of the skin and a feeling of blood flow to the head due to the high concentration of vitamin B3 (short-term effect of saturation of small blood vessels) is possible. This effect can be offset by taking supplements after a meal.
