Food supplement Stark Pharm - Stark Omega-3 Liquid contains polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids in liquid form. Omega-3s include EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in the form of triglycerides.
Omega 3 is necessary for normalizing the health of the cardiovascular system and strengthening the immune system. In addition, the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids helps to improve the elasticity of blood vessels, as well as improve the health of the skin and hair.
Omega-3 supplements are suitable for people who are actively involved in sports, because the use of fatty acids normalizes the activity of the cardiovascular system, improves sleep, and optimizes metabolism, which is especially important during high physical activity.
