Food supplement Stark Pharm - Stark Natural Omega 3 contains natural fish oil. The additive is a source of polyunsaturated fatty acids from fillets of various types of fish with the highest possible natural (without chemical processing) content of EPA and DHA in the form of triglycerides. Omega is a group of unsaturated fatty acids, which includes polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids are indispensable (they are not reproduced in the body in the required amount, and various biochemical and physiological disorders occur when they are lacking).

About 60% of the brain consists of fat. And its main part is omega 3 fatty acids. When there is a shortage in the diet, their work in the brain is taken over by other types of fats. As a result, the health of brain cells is disturbed. So, for example, the membrane of each brain cell becomes rigid, and it takes longer to transmit electrical impulses from one cell to another. This means that the process of transmitting messages between brain cells slows down.

The use of Omega 3 improves the functioning of the nervous system, which, in turn, stimulates the brain and improves memory.
