Magnesium occupies one of the most important positions on the functional need in the body.

Stark Magnesium & B6 is recommended as an additional source of magnesium and vitamin B6.

It is on the fourth position in terms of content in the body, namely in the bone tissue of the musculoskeletal system 60%, in the soft tissue of the muscles and liver is concentrated 40%.

Magnesium is one of the main factors in the relaxation of smooth muscle fibers of blood vessels, thereby reducing the peripheral pressure in the vessels. Magnesium affects the concentration of norepinephrine and the synthesis of serotonin and nitric oxide.
