Dietary supplement L-Tryptophan - Stark Pharm contains the amino acid tryptophan in powder form. It is from tryptophan that the body synthesizes niacin (vitamin B) and serotonin. The latter is involved in brain processes, controls appetite, sleep, mood and pain threshold.

Tryptophan is a natural relaxant that helps fight insomnia, as well as anxiety and depression.

Application method:

The portion for the adult athlete makes (1/2 scoop/ 1000 mg) 2 times a day. Consume on an empty stomach, at least one hour before your next meal and at bedtime. Pour 150 ml of water into a glass, pour 1 serving (1000 mg) of the supplement and stir with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved.
