Dietary supplement Stark Glycine Powder contains glycine, a neurotransmitter amino acid with parallel dualistic action. Glycine receptors are found in many regions of the brain and spinal cord. By binding to receptors (encoded by the GLRA1, GLRA2, GLRA3 and GLRB genes), glycine causes an "inhibitory" effect on neurons, reduces the release of "stimulating" amino acids such as glutamic acid from neurons, and increases the release of GABA.

Application method:

1 serving (1500 mg/½ level scoop) 2 times a day. The best time to consume the supplement is at noon and just before bedtime. Pour 150 ml of water into a glass, pour one portion of the additive and stir with a spoon until the powder is completely dissolved.

In case of excessive sleepiness after taking the supplement during the daytime, reduce the dose by half or take only before bedtime.
