Application method:

1 serving (3 scoops/ 100 grams) 2-3 times a day. Pour 300-400 ml of water, milk or your favorite drink into the shaker. Pour a portion of the product over the liquid. Close the shaker and shake it for 10-20 seconds. The most effective time of taking: in the morning, between meals, before and after training.

How to choose the number of servings per day for weight gain:

The maximum number of servings per day is welcome, in parallel with a large amount of regular food.
