Folic acid (vitamin B9, folacin, or folin) is involved as a coenzyme in various enzymatic reactions, plays an important role in amino acid metabolism, biosynthesis of purine and pyrimidine bases - a component of nucleic acids.

Vitamin B9 is actively involved in the synthesis of muscle proteins.

One serving (1 tablet) contains:

• Folic acid (vitamin B9) - 400 mcg (200% of the daily norm)

Additional ingredients:

• Microcellulose
• Lactose
• Calcium stearate

The permissible deviation of the mass of the component per tablet ± 10%.

Recommendations for use:

It may be recommended as a dietary supplement.

The product should be used on the recommendation of a coach or as prescribed by a sports doctor.

Application method:

Adult athletes 1 tablet per day.
