Nootropic Stark Citicoline (citicoline, cognicin, CDP-choline)

It is a nootropic, an intermediate in the formation of phosphatidylcholine from choline.

Studies show that the supplement increases the density of dopamine and acetylcholine receptors, and it is assumed that it is able to prevent memory impairment as a result of negative environmental conditions. Preliminary evidence suggests that citicoline supplements help to improve focus and mental energy, which may be helpful in treating attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. An effect on ACTH and other anterior pituitary hormones has also been found (this may be beneficial for some people, but undesirable consequences are not excluded in diseases associated with hypersecretion of ACTH and cortisol). It is also indicated for organic brain damage as it acts on neuropeptides.

One serving (1 capsule) contains:

• Bioperine (black pepper extract) - 5 mg

Additional ingredients:

• Maltodextrin
• Gelatin capsule
