Food supplement Stark Pharm - Calcium Citrate & Vitamin D3 contains calcium citrate supplemented with vitamin D3. Calcium provides the building blocks that help keep bones and teeth intact. It also supports the health of the colon, heart, musculoskeletal system and nervous system. It contains a rapidly absorbable citrate form of calcium. When combined with a healthy diet and physical activity, calcium may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

One serving (3 tablets) contains:

• Calcium citrate - 3000 mg
• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 3 mcg

3 tablets contain 630 mg of calcium.

Additional ingredients:

• Lactose
• Microcellulose
• Biosil
• Calcium stearate

The permissible deviation of the mass of the component per tablet ±10%.

Recommendations for use:

It can be recommended to increase the level of calcium and vitamin D3 in an athlete's diet.

The product should be used on the recommendation of a coach or as prescribed by a sports doctor.

Application method:

One serving (3 tablets) in 1-3 doses during or after meals. If a person's weight exceeds 90 kg, you can increase the daily rate to 4 tablets per day.
