Recommendations for use:

It can be recommended as a food supplement. It helps to increase the athlete's endurance.

Application method:

One serving (3000 mg/ 1 level scoop) per day, mixed with 200 ml of water, in 1 or 2 doses. Use in the morning and/or 30 minutes before training.

On recovery days, it is sufficient to consume the supplement only in the morning. The course of admission should not last more than 5 weeks. Then take a short break for 10-20 days. The supplement is compatible with any sports nutrition, especially with arginine and creatine.

Warning: do not exceed the recommended amount. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Use only as a supplement to a complete diet.
