Natural relaxant Stark 5-HTP

It is oxytriptan, one of the amino acids that is a precursor to melatonin, the sleep-wake hormone. 5-Hydroxytryptophan (oxytriptan) is extracted from Griffonia simplicifolia (the seeds of a woody, creeping shrub native to Africa). Serotonin is formed from 5-HTP, thanks to this hormone, one of the most important processes of signal transmission between neurons of the nervous system takes place in the body. In other words, this supplement is the most powerful antidepressant without side effects and addiction.

One serving (1 capsule) contains:

• 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-htp, gryphonia seed extract) – 100 mg
• Bioperine (black pepper extract) – 5 mg
