Recommendations for use:

It can be recommended to increase the endurance of the body for strength training. The most effective time of reception is 30-40 minutes before the start of training.

Method of use:

It is recommended to start using one portion (to check the tolerance of the supplement on your body). Next, use 1-3 portions (1-3 measuring spoons), dissolving in a shaker in 300-400 ml of water. Do not use more often than every other day. Never exceed 3 scoops at a time.

It is not recommended to take the supplement before crossfit or wrestling classes, as a strong pumping effect is noted.
