Food Stark additive Pharm - Stark GABA & B6 contains gamma aminobutyric acid supplemented with vitamin B 6. GABA (GABA) is one of the most important brain mediators, which has a depressing effect. By nature, it is an amino acid. GABA in the human body induces sleep and eliminates mental arousal.

GABA is used in bodybuilding because it is able to stimulate the anterior pituitary gland, which produces growth hormone. Growth hormone, in turn, has a pronounced anabolic and fat-burning effect.

Given the poor permeability of GABA through the blood-brain barrier, it is recommended to take 2000-3000 mg of the supplement per day, which, according to studies, has a noticeable effect on increasing growth hormone levels by 5-6 times.

As a sedative supplement, it can be used in much lower concentrations of 500-1000 mg per day.
